Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, only warranty purchases may request an immediate refund, as defective items reported within this period will be ordered a replacement. A full refund cannot be offered to opened items as it is a safety hazard. However, if the item is defective and let known within the allotted time, we will immediately process a replacement. Full refunds can be issued for unopened items, upon confirmation of arrival of the item at our headquarters in Morocco, Marrakech.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at [email protected] and include videos of the damaged items not functioning properly. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
idailyneed (IDN) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, IDN will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
